NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC in Antioch, TN is seeking a Service Manager to oversee a network of apartment communities and lead a team of skilled technicians. You will ensure well-maintained facilities, lawns, and high-tech resident appliances while delivering a 5-star experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a can-do attitude, and the ability to manage maintenance, vendor relationships, and emergency coverage, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Capable of following precise oral and written instructions.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance duties and be available for on-call duties.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments to standards.
• Oversee property maintenance and grounds, focusing on resident satisfaction.
• Engage in preventive maintenance and manage mechanical systems.
• Maintain safety and deliver a 5-star resident experience.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and support HUD inspections.
