Williams Companies, Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking a Manager of Projects to lead a portfolio of maintenance capital programs at operating power facilities. You will own the multi-year capital plan, assign project managers, and coordinate with plant operations to schedule work around outages.

The role requires leadership across regions, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and the ability to drive safety and reliability improvements in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Formación

• ABET‑accredited engineering degree with 10+ years in power or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership to manage multiple projects and teams across regions.
• Experience with outages, maintenance capital, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to collaborate with plant operations, OEMs and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and manages multi-year budgets for maintenance programs.
• Leads a team of project managers delivering multiple capital projects.
• Owns the maintenance capital plan and forecast cycles (10+2).
• Assigns managers to projects based on scope and location.
• Coordinates with operations to align work with outages and maintenance windows.
• Establishes risk assessments and mitigations for safety, schedule, and cost.
• Standardizes processes and reporting across regions.
• Develops and implements project controls and tools.
• Maintains relationships with contractors and customers.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
