Job summary

Williams is seeking an E&C Project Manager Senior/Staff to lead safe, efficient execution of mega-scale power infrastructure projects, including gas turbines, CHP, Solar, and BESS. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, balance technical and business objectives, and drive reliability and profitability while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The role requires strong leadership, deep project controls experience, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in oil and gas engineering/project management (Senior)
• Bachelor’s Degree and 15+ years in oil and gas engineering/project management (Staff)
• Master’s degree and professional certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads multicenter project teams to execute complex power infrastructure projects
• Manages scope, schedule, and budget from concept through completion
• Coordinates with engineering, procurement, and construction partners
• Prepares executive-level updates and risk assessments
• Develops project reports, schedules, and costing forecasts
