Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in power generation, energy, oil and gas, or engineering/project management.
• Preferred PMP, PE, and MS Project Certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to implement complex project plans and programs with external partners.
• Sets up core project team and coordinates with resources under PLC process.
• Develops reports, schedules, and costing forecasts.
• Plans outages and coordinates with Operations for safe turnover.
• Prepares proposals, evaluates contractors, and ensures alignment with business goals.
