Job summary

Pittsburgh Tomorrow is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and engineering on a 24/7 plant. You will own capital projects, safety compliance and asset reliability across the site, reporting to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance management, 10+ years in industry, a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience.
10+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
Comfortable in a fast paced, 24 hour manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance supervisors and automation engineers, owning maintenance processes, new installations and equipment improvements.
Develop and manage capital investment and automation strategy, including project scope, schedule, budget and risk.
Own plant wide safety compliance across mobile equipment, crane safety, arc flash and fire protection programs.
Apply root cause analysis and reliability centered maintenance principles to drive continuous asset reliability improvement.
Prepare and manage the annual maintenance operating budget.
Troubleshoot complex integrated electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment hands on.
Maintain NADCAP and other required certifications across the maintenance function.
