Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Experience managing capital projects and CAPEX planning is an asset.
• Experience with maintenance systems and ERP tools, such as SAP, and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize daily maintenance activities across equipment, facilities, and production areas.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and TPM schedules.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and automation-related breakdowns to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Develop and coach the maintenance team, manage priorities, and oversee budget & KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, ISO, quality standards and procedures.
