Calgon Carbon Corporation in Pittsburgh is seeking a Maintenance Manager II to lead plant asset care, supervise up to 15 hourly workers, and manage the annual budget up to approximately $1.5M plus turnarounds. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and cost discipline.

You will drive capital projects with Facilities Engineering, oversee maintenance programs, and ensure production meets quality standards while controlling costs. Strong leadership and SAP experience are valued.

Qualificações

• An associate’s degree (A.A.), or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is required (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or comparable work experience)
• A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance and/or plant /facilities engineering
• SAP experience is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety initiatives and audits, including safety contacts and incident investigation
• Develop and execute projects to expand plant production capacity, reduce costs and improve quality
• Direct maintenance teams and contractors to maximize uptime and reliability
• Coordinate facility Turnarounds and capital projects within budget constraints
• Provide monthly status updates on projects and risks to plant management
• Ensure compliance with environmental permits and corporate cost targets
