The South Carolina Department of Transportation seeks a Maintenance Budget Coordinator to help manage statewide budgets, monitor spending, coordinate payments, and provide financial data for planning decisions.

Responsibilities include tracking district and county plans, ensuring alignment with service levels, reviewing invoices and POs, and preparing dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SAP. A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree and one year of relevant program experience, or an approved equivalence.
• Ability to monitor budgets, expenditures, and funding availability.
• Experience with invoices, purchase orders, and payment documents.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors maintenance budgets, expenditures, committed funds and available balances.
• Identifies funding shortages and budget concerns requiring management attention.
• Prepares financial reports and budget tracking tools using Excel, Power BI and SAP.
• Assists with annual budgets and long-term financial planning.
• Supports fiscal year closeout, audits, and special projects.
