Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance to support the maintenance supervisor and uphold property safety. You will work with the leasing team to maximize renewals and leasing opportunities while ensuring compliance with ADA, Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• EPA refrigerant certifications and safety compliance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours whenever possible.
• Assist in supervising maintenance activities and safety compliance.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and keep tools in good condition.
• Assist with inspections and prepare property for audits.
