Meridian Senior Living in Woodmere, NY is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping the community safe, attractive, and well maintained. The role requires reliable attendance, clear communication with residents, families, staff and vendors, and a compassionate approach to elder care.

You will help manage day-to-day maintenance tasks, assist with budget adherence, and ensure safety standards are met across the community. Benefits accompany this position.
