Meridian Senior Living seeks a Home Health Aide to provide direct care to residents during 12-hour shifts in Woodmere, NY. You will assist with daily activities, support residents' well-being, and work within the care plan while adhering to policies.

The role requires English communication, compassion for the elderly, and reliability to work both independently and as part of a team; a background check will be conducted.
