Meridian Senior Living in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping the community safe, attractive, and within budget, while delivering quality living spaces for residents.

The role emphasizes compassion for the elderly, reliable full-time attendance, and strong communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. A valid driver’s license, health checks, and background screening are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant maintenance or facilities experience
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
• Must have basic reporting and organizational skills
• Must be capable of maintaining full-time attendance
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
• Must have valid driver license
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks

Responsibilities
