Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to support daily operations at our long-term care facilities in Glen Burnie, MD. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs, and maintaining HVAC and electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable building operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, can work independently or in a team, and possesses basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Work with electrical, HVAC systems knowledge.
• Follow safety rules and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
