Complete Care is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support a beautiful, newly renovated facility. The role includes 32 hour day shifts, union benefits, and a collaborative team focused on high-quality healthcare and compassion.

Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform repairs, and follow safety policies under the Maintenance Director and Administrator.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
