Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Director for our Wilmington, DE location to lead the Maintenance Department and ensure safe, reliable facility operations. This full-time day shift role includes on-call responsibilities every other weekend and requires prior long-term care life-safety experience.

You will supervise staff, organize records, and help develop policies while collaborating with administration to maintain high building standards and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer knowledge and basic maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Maintenance Department's daily operations.
• Accept on-call duties as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Assist in developing department policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Administration.

• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.

• Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.

• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
