Complete Care in Belmar, New Jersey is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety-oriented tasks to keep our facility running smoothly for residents. You will work with the Maintenance Director to inspect equipment, fix issues, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.

At Complete Care, you’ll join a team that values compassion and growth, with varied hours and benefits for full-time staff. Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Troubleshooting building mechanical problems may be needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks on equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of electrical, HVAC systems.
• Follow safety rules and department procedures.
• Assist Maintenance Director and Administrator with other duties.

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.

Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
