Job summary

Complete Care is hiring for a Full-Time Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance department in a long-term care setting. You will supervise staff, ensure safety compliance, and manage records and policies.

This role includes on-call duties, with weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled. Qualifications include prior supervisory experience, ability to work independently or in a team, and life-safety experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge/skills.
• Previous Life-Safety experience in long term care required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Serve on-call as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain records needed to operate the maintenance department.
• Assist in developing and maintaining written policies and procedures for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
• Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
