Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance department in a long-term care setting. The role includes on-call responsibilities and weekend coverage, with emphasis on safety, record-keeping, and policy adherence.

You will supervise facilities staff, develop procedures, and coordinate with administration to ensure compliant operations. Prior life-safety experience in long-term care is required; supervisory experience preferred; strong computer skills are

• Prior supervisory experience preferred (long-term care).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge and basic software proficiency.
• Previous Life-Safety experience in long term care required.

Responsibilities

• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
• Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
