Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility well-maintained and safe for residents. You will perform repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and assist with building systems to ensure the highest quality of life.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work independently or with a team, and basic computer knowledge. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
