Complete Care, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Assistant for a 32-hour day shift at our newly renovated facility in Meriden. Join a great team and enjoy union benefits, competitive compensation, and a supportive environment focused on high-quality care.

The role involves troubleshooting mechanical problems, performing repairs, and maintaining electrical, HVAC systems while adhering to safety rules. Prior long-term care exposure is preferred but not required; strong independence and computer

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.

Responsibilities:
