Job summary

AiLO Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to support the Maintenance Department with invoicing, PO tracking, vendor communications and fleet documentation. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel/Office skills, proven organization, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet month-end close requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in maintenance administration, invoicing, or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and related systems.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in TMT and ensure accuracy.
• Review POs, repair orders, receipts and supporting docs.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice issues.
• Coordinate with Accounting to keep timelines for approvals.
• Maintain daily Purchase Order reports for month-end close.
