Job summary

AiLO Logistics in Compton, CA is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to support the Maintenance Department with invoice processing, PO tracking, and fleet documentation. The role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in maintenance administration or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with TMT or similar transportation management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in TMT.
• Review purchase orders, repair orders, receipts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate professionally with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, missing documentation, pricing issues, or billing concerns.
• Coordinate with Accounting to ensure invoices are approved and processed within required timelines.
• Maintain and update the Purchase Order report daily to support visibility, accountability, and month-end close requirements.
