Job summary

You will champion AI-assisted incident triage while maintaining strict data handling standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable technology

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on technology support concepts.
• 8+ years of experience operating IBM z-Series environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of SRE teams in 24x7 environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components (servers, storage, network, database).

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering end-to-end application or infrastructure service for firm operations.
• Ensure stability and availability in a 24x7 production environment.
• Monitor production environments and drive observability tool usage.
• Escalate and communicate issues to stakeholders and drive incident resolution.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management for full-stack systems.
• Facilitate bridge calls and coordinate with large cross-organizational groups.
• Administer and troubleshoot Mainframe components with ongoing health checks.
• Lead adoption of enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data handling safeguards.
• Review AI-assisted recommendations before actions to ensure compliance.
