Job summary

The Evolvers Group is seeking a Mainframe Operator who functions as a Level 1 Incident Manager to handle critical incidents across IT technologies. Candidates may be asked to work holidays, days, afternoons, and/or midnight shifts.

Responsibilities include quickly creating incident records, collaborating with IT staff, customers, and vendors, and monitoring infrastructure connectivity with graphical tools. You may assist with review/validation of mainframe job control language, though this skill

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Mainframe Operator.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams and must have in-depth knowledge.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
