Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Data Center Operations Analyst to monitor MVS, zSeries, and VM/VSE environments, ensuring production processing meets client SLAs. The role requires strong communication with clients and internal teams and thorough shift handovers.

You will document incidents, manage IPLs and backups, and adhere to Change Management and Incident processes. The onsite position in Weehawken, NJ offers relocation support for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT and with system monitoring.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage internal and external MVS zSeries and VM/VSE environments to meet production SLAs.
• High level of interaction with internal and external customers requires effective and professional communication.
• Complete daily shift turnover and customer checklists with written and verbal turnover.
• Document deviations in the Incident Management tool with clear, tangible details.
• Ensure IPL, maintenance and backup processes are performed per schedule.
