Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a related area preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and employee.
• Processes outgoing mail and weighs mailings.
• Operates postage meter and photocopier.
• Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
• Drives mailroom vehicle to post offices and campuses.
• Manages mailroom email inbox.
