• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, including, but not limited to, safety policies, procedure manuals, and maintenance specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving mail deliveries daily and sorting into appropriate mail lockers.
• Pack all materials for shipping, including postage application, weighing, sorting and staging.
• Maintain postal equipment such as meters, scales and related gear.
• Mail management including tracking shipments, mass-mailing planning and fulfillment, address verification support, and mail returns.
• Manage supplies including inventories, costs, waste reduction, restocking and delivering paper supplies.
• Replenish postage meters as required.
• Track usage data to provide monthly reports.
