• Assist in problem resolution for damaged or misdirected shipments.

Responsabilités

• Receiving mail deliveries daily and sorting into mail lockers.
• Pack all materials for shipping, apply postage, weigh, sort, and stage.
• Maintain postal equipment including meters, scales and handling equipment.
• Track shipments and mail, assist with mass-mailing planning and fulfillment.
• Manage supplies, conduct inventories, reduce waste and restock paper supplies.
• Replenish postage meters as required.
• Provide monthly usage reports.
