Job summary

SPS is a global workplace solutions provider offering mailroom, reception, and other on-site services. The Mailroom Associate ensures timely processing and delivery of inbound mail and packages, supporting the onsite business service center with accuracy and excellent customer service.

This onsite role reports to the Client Services Supervisor/Manager and involves inventory control, mail distribution, and facilities support to uphold efficient workplace operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year shipping and receiving experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and walking for the full shift.
• Familiar with smartphone and desktop computer technology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Track, log, and maintain records of incoming and outgoing packages.
• Operate mailroom equipment including postage machines, scanners, copiers, and printers.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors for deliveries, pickups, and shipment inquiries.
• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Receive goods and verify quality and counts; report discrepancies.
