Qualifications

• Experience in a related role or similar capacity.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and set priorities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver all packages.
• Notify owners when packages are too large for the mailbox.
• Sort mail and deliver to the correct mailboxes.
• Provide renters with mailbox keys and maintain key logs.
• Hold 1st Class mail up to 60 days per request from owners.
• Report issues to the General Manager.
• Deal with customers in a polite and diplomatic manner.
• Process high-priority mail per priority guidelines.
• Update unit owner information in the computer database.
• Use proper phone etiquette for calls to residents; keep communications clear.
• Log maintenance requests from residents and staff.
