Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents as they enter the mailroom/package area.
• Accept and administer packages, distribute mail to residents’ boxes.
• Retrieve packages for residents and log sign-outs in Salesforce for tracking.
• Keep the package room neat, organized, and clean at all times.
• Answer incoming calls using Mac greeting standards.
• Assist with resident concerns or related activities as requested by management.
