Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Delivery Concierge to support day-to-day property operations and the resident experience at an on-site community. You will manage package and mail operations, log items, and assist residents with pickup, while collaborating with carriers and the property team to ensure prompt, hospitable service.

You will work in a non-exempt, hourly role on-site, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak periods, and must lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, or related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and inventory.
• Professional communication with residents, carriers, vendors, and team members.
• Effective organization, time management, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily package and mail operations with accurate logging and tracking.
• Deliver packages to resident doors or designated areas per procedures.
• Coordinate with carriers and residents to resolve issues and ensure security and privacy.
