Job summary

The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School is seeking a Mail Services Representative to handle the accurate processing, distribution, and handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. This role supports daily operations by ensuring efficient mail flow and reliable customer service to staff and partners.

The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clearances: Child Abuse, PA State Police, FBI required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Prepare and process outgoing mail, including postage and labeling.
• Ensure timely delivery of mail to departments or individuals.
• Maintain records of mailroom activity, postage usage, and shipping costs.
• Coordinate with carriers to manage shipments and resolve issues.
• Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters and scanners.
• Maintain a clean and secure mailroom environment.
• Work on-site five days per week.
