Job summary

The Millennium Group (TMG) is seeking a dedicated ESB Lower Level Mail Lead to coordinate and execute mailroom operations at the Empire State Building Lower Level. You will oversee receipt, processing, documentation, scheduling, and delivery of mail, parcels, and supplies, ensuring accurate records and smooth daily workflow.

Ideal candidates have experience in mailroom or logistics, strong attention to detail, customer service focus, and the ability to work independently while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in mailroom, shipping, logistics, facilities, office services, or workplace operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of carrier systems such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow established process and safety procedures.
• Ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move between hands-on task execution and workflow coordination.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently while escalating issues appropriately.
• Ability to cross-train and support adjacent Workplace Operations functions.
