Job summary

Canon USA & Affiliates in Woodbury, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Mail/Packages Clerk to manage all inbound and outbound mail, packages and interoffice correspondence. You will receive, sort, and deliver mail across floors within set time frames and assist with related shipping tasks.

Responsibilities include packing, weighing, postage, overnight shipments, logging activity, and supporting copier, fax, and scanning tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Some computer skills preferred.
• Ability to perform routine functions of office equipment (fax, scanner, metering, stamping tracking systems, photocopying, color copying).
• Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail & packages according to floors and timeframes.
• Wrap, weigh, affix postage and dispatch outgoing mail/packages per regulations.
• Prepare special outgoing inter-office pouches for clients as scheduled.
• Log outgoing/incoming items and review for accuracy; handle overnight shipments.
• May perform reception tasks and assist site manager as needed.
