Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless mailroom service for all users and units.
• Manage day-to-day logistics of goods and courier services at the site.
• Coordinate with facilities suppliers and ensure secure tracking of mail and packages.
• Provide monthly reports on mailroom costs and volumes to the Facility Lead.
• Support printing and copier stations and assist other locations as needed.
