Responsibilities

• Daily mail room operations: processing, sorting, pickup and delivery of packages.
• Reconcile and account for all incoming and outgoing packages.
• Issue and renew badges; maintain badge forms and related records.
• Coordinate with mail support vendors (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).
• Train and maintain standard operating procedures guidebook.
• Track payments and monthly fees; ensure KPI targets are met.
• Support operations with data and reporting on tenant feedback.
