Job summary

SPS North America is seeking an Internal Messenger to deliver mail and shipping/receiving services, and to support the onsite business service center. The role emphasizes high-quality service, accuracy in logs, and efficient delivery to SPS employees and clients.

Responsibilities include handling packages, tracking deliveries, maintaining the service area, and providing back-up reception support as needed. A strong focus on professionalism and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 2+ years prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• superb written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication).
• Performs the initial rough and fine sorts of incoming mail delivered via courier.
• Maintains records of daily deliveries in the system and/or log book.
• Scans all incoming deliveries once they are logged.
• Sorts deliverable items in accordance with the delivery route to ensure maximum efficiency.
