Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a dependable Courier to provide exceptional delivery services on campus. You will receive orders from dispatch, pick up parcels/mail from local offices, and deliver them promptly while maintaining safety and professionalism.

The role also serves as a back-up to front/back office functions, requiring strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Local travel on campus is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of prior work experience preferred.
• Current state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Travel a predefined courier route by car to deliver mail and parcels on campus.
• Keep logs and timestamps of items received and delivered.
• Support chain of custody requirements.
• Perform pick-up and delivery of jobs following maps or written instructions.
• Follow Operational Service Excellence performance requirements.
• Respond to client requests with accurate order details and timely delivery.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintain vehicle safety and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor to clients.
