DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a Mail Associate to join our team in El Paso, TX. You will support our client by receiving and processing physical mail in a secure, process-driven environment, focusing on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming mail deliveries, sort and count mail pieces, shred materials per process requirements, able to lift trays and boxes of mail.
• Open mail using a slicer machine, prep documents for scanning.
• Operate and monitor scanner equipment and use computer software to track and release completed files.
• Review scanned documents for quality control and perform some manual data entry as needed.

As a Mail Associate, you support our client by receiving and processing physical mail in a secure, highly process-driven environment. This role focuses on accuracy, confidentiality, and individual contribution, while working as part of a mid-sized, friendly team. The work is structured and predictable, with a moderate pace and opportunities to learn multiple roles through cross-training. Accuracy, organization, and confidentiality are critical in this role.

In this position, you will be cross-trained to handle a variety of mail room tasks including:

• Receive incoming mail deliveries, sort and count mail pieces, shred materials per process requirements, able to lift trays and boxes of mail
• Open mail using a slicer machine, prep documents for scanning
