The role offers cross-training across mail room tasks, enabling you to learn multiple positions while contributing as a reliable team member in a mid-sized, supportive setting. A positive attitude and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a mail room or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming mail deliveries, sort and count mail pieces, shred materials per process requirements, able to lift trays and boxes of mail.
• Open mail using a slicer machine, prep documents for scanning.
• Operate and monitor scanner equipment and use computer software to track and release completed files.
• Review scanned documents for quality control and perform some manual data entry as needed.
