4over is seeking a Mailing Operator on the Columbus, OH site for the 2nd shift. You will load and prep job tickets, operate the addressing and tabequipment, and coordinate with the team to meet production and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of printing, graphic arts and mailing gained through formal study or job experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead helper/temporaries to maximize quality and production.
• Analyze each job based on information from the job ticket and develop an execution plan.
• Communicate job instructions to the team and ensure tasks are performed correctly.
• Set up, clean up and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare jobs for the post office and understand postage requirements.
