Job summary

Baesman Group, Inc. is seeking Mailing/Lettershop Equipment Operators to join our second- and third-shift production teams in North Carolina. You will set up and operate inkjet and inserting equipment used for direct-mail projects.

Applicants with mailing or lettershop experience, machine operation, or manufacturing background are encouraged to apply. The role requires attention to detail and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with mailing, lettershop, or production equipment preferred.
Experience operating mailing, printing, packaging, or manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate inkjet, inserting, and other mailing equipment according to job specifications.
Review job tickets and prepare equipment and materials for each production run.
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and USPS compliance.
Tray, band, label, and organize mail while maintaining ZIP code sequence.
Read postal documentation and sort mail as required.
Identify basic equipment issues and communicate needed repairs.
Stage materials and completed work to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist in other production areas when needed.
