Job summary

4over is seeking a Mailing Operator in Columbus, OH to sort, organize, and prep job tickets for US Postal pickup. You will work with XJet, WinSurfer, and the Kirk Rudy InkJet Addressing and Tabbing Equipment to handle priority jobs.

The role operates 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM with potential overtime; on-site presence is required. Join Hopkins Printing team to ensure accuracy, productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Specific knowledge of printing, graphic arts and mailing gained either through formal study or job experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Mailing Manager and assist with duties.
• Analyze each job and develop a plan to execute tickets.
• Communicate job instructions to team and monitor quality.
• Set up, clean up and maintain equipment.
• Prepare jobs for the post office and manage postage requirements.
• Oversee work team and ensure safety and housekeeping.
• Attend daily huddle meetings.
• Occasionally work overtime as needed.
