4over is seeking a nd shift Mailing Operator for our Moonachie, NJ location. The role involves operating mailing equipment, loading priority jobs, and ensuring smooth workflow per USPS requirements.

The position requires familiarity with mailing processes, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot equipment. The shift runs 1st shift alternatives, with on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Six-months to one-year related experience with Kodak Prinergy, Kirk Rudy or similar brand of equipment.
• Moderate to extensive postal regulations knowledge and/or experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend job assignment tickets and customer instructional specifications.
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows Suite, PDF, CSV)

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, and prep job tickets for USPS pickup.
• Load priority jobs into mailing equipment and ensure completion.
• Detect and fix malfunctions in mailing machines.
• Time stamp, sort, and route mail with machine assistance.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the workstation.
