Job summary

The Millennium Group (TMG) is seeking a Mail Services Team Lead to oversee daily mailroom operations at our Plano, TX and Addison, TX locations. You will lead frontline staff, ensure accurate mail handling, and maintain essential logs and reports for internal clients.

You will coordinate with client departments, enforce safety guidelines, and may drive the company vehicle for training or coverage as needed. Join a growing team focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year experience in a Mail Room or related mail operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead others and handle confidential materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mail service operations at multiple locations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, guidelines, safety, and security.
• Oversee receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail.
• Maintain logs and records of mail activity, shipments, and deliveries.
• Perform data entry to support tracking and reporting requirements.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and training to mail staff.
• Act as liaison to ensure client satisfaction and strong working relationships.
• Vehicle maintenance tracking and delivery inspections.
• Enter daily data for reporting (logs, end-of-month volume).
• Other duties as assigned.
