Collect and meter outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to drop-off points
Perform general administrative duties such as stocking copier paper and setting up meeting rooms
Open, scan, and upload contracts and other documentation to electronic filing systems
Process outgoing shipments via Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, and USPS, including weighing mail for correct postage
High school diploma or GED equivalent
1-3 years of previous mailroom or administrative experience
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
Proficiency with word processing, database entry, and familiarity with fax and scanning machines
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and spend much of the day on your feet
