Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of administrative support experience, including two years at the intermediate level or one year at the experienced level.
• Background check required due to access to sensitive information (FTI) and fingerprint background check.

• Assign daily tasks and support the Supervisor in prioritizing work.
• Maintain production statistics and train staff to process inbound documents accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate processing to support Treasury operations and taxpayer services.
