Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to learn applicable laws/regulations for multi-state operations.
• Knowledge of firm policies and client standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound/outbound mailroom tasks and assign work to team members.
• Maintain workflow and meet SLAs; communicate issues to leadership.
• Assist in handling documents and legal pleadings per firm policies.
• Assist in mail opening, entry, and notation of actions.
• Train new personnel per firm policies and training manuals.
• Coordinate with departments and states to ensure compliance.
