The Clerk I will support mail distribution, courier runs, shipments, overnight deliveries, fleet support, and printing/scanning tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Distribute inter-office mail and pick up outgoing mail throughout building.
• Assist all runs made by Office Services division including claim file runs, bank runs, post office runs, and runs to outside vendors.
• Collect, sort, and weigh all outgoing mail. Prepare certified return receipt, express, proof of delivery, and priority mailing. Remain familiar with postal rates and procedures to process mail.
• Process and ship agents mail and supplies.
• Receive, sign in and deliver all overnight packages.
• Assist with Company fleet (MS).
• Assist with printing, scanning, and imaging (MS).
